To ensure maximum quality and customer satisfaction, we recommend handling Le Chef specialty products in the following manner:

  • Keep product in case, covered and store in freezer at -10˚F. to 0˚F.
  • For superior taste and freshness, all products should be consumed on the day of preparation.

INDIVIDUAL WRAPPED

  • Store product in freezer until ready for use.
  • Remove desired amount of products to be thawed out from the freezer.
  • Allow breakfast pastries to thaw at room temperature for approximately 2-3 hours prior to selling/serving. (Do not refrigerate again as products will dry out.)
  • Food operators make sure to mark sell by date.
  • Do not freeze products once thawed out.
